Our Meditation sessions are open to all, whether experienced or new to meditation practice. We meet regularly, on Tuesdays at 4-5:30p, and on the first Monday of the month at 7-8:30p (except during summer).

 

Meditation follows a simple format, with a lay leader. Typical sessions include 20-minute sitting meditations, a walking meditation, and a shared reading from one of the books by noted Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hahn.
